Let me address all the questions on the bins here.

Rubbermaid and others make all sorts of underbed storage bins of many dimensions, types of lids, and colors.
The largest selections I found were at Wal-Mart and K-Mart. I was going to measure mine and provide dimensions, but there may be enough dimensional variations in all your rigs that I could lead you astray. Go out and measure the compartments you want the bins for (my large ones are for the rear compartments in my 26.5 MB). While I can fit one in and then slide it forward, I wanted two that I could just slide out without having to remove one to get at the other. The critical dimension is the height - you need clearance to get it in and get it over the hump on the far inside caused by the wooden strip there. So you measure and get a good idea of the maximum dimension you can handle.

Then you take your tape measure to the store and start measuring. Buy the one with the next smallest dimensions to what you have measured your compartments will handle.
Virtually all bins have lids. I only used the lids for the one for sewer hoses and accessories - I leave it ajar and when the hose is dry I snap it on. The lid for the other large bin for the water hoses I tossed out.

For smaller ones, I just sized for where I wanted them. I almost ran out of bin on the one for lubricants because I figured it for my lower aft passenger side compartment with leveling blocks in the compartment, and then needed more lubricant bottles than I had figured (for long trips) but they all fit somehow.

Best thing I can tell you, if you cannot visualize what I did, is to visit a store and look them over and then go home and measure.

Hope this helps answer all the questions. If not, E-mail me (my address is in the members section). Be patient for reply for I leave Friday in my LD and won't be back until the 17th.

Happy trails

I have long believed that my wife has a secret Rubbermaid storage bin fetish. It sounds as though she will soon approach nirvana, when our LD arrives...
