Here is another message I received from DirecPC's Tech Support:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting DirecPC Technical Support with your question regarding the 2 way duo satellite return system. I apologize for any confusion this matter has caused.

There will be a 2 way system that will operate both the pc and tv from the same dish, as far as being used on a motorhome at different places I do not see why it would not work. But unfortunately I can not give you a definitive answer as I do not have that technical data available to me at this time.

They are already marketing two way satellite communication that includes Dish TV option....It's available thru radio shack or directly with the company. I've done some preliminary review and it is not yet really suitable for mobile application. Problems seems to be in setting new parameters each time you move location. There is at least one full timer that has reported successful use but apparently it involved lots of telephone contact each time they moved locations. The company is not endorsing mobile use.
