Couple of questions about cell phone/mobile networks; Who's coverage really works best? and Has anyone tried mounting an external antenna for either of these? If so what model and where?

There seems to be general agreement that Verizon has the best coverage for RVers.  (This is from a couple of RV discussion groups.)

Check the Yahoo Group RV_Communications.  There is quite a bit of discussion
