It is the receiving end of an extension cord that I would plug into my house. The LD is receiving power. A friend also noticed that someone has put in an extra fuse/circuit in the main box. The prior owner put in gel batteries, so it may have something to do with those. I will go back to the folks that I bought it from and see if they can enlighten me.As an aside, we saw a green LD going E on I94 between Madison and Milwaukee 6/15 (6pm+/-).
