BTW '96 from Manhattan Beach CA is now unavailable..:^)We have 2 other LD's in our neighborhood and one of the owners was able to direct me to the "Enhancement" area to view his great ideas! (I was walking dogs, he was getting in his car..)Didn't think about folks waiting to download text! Will be more selective. I too like to review the old message (or at least a reminder of the conversation.)When joining the group was there a "welcome" message with the protocol, like I got when joining the enhancement group? This is the first group I've joined and don't have any idea what is annoying to others..I am bugged by all the old listings for LD 's for sale in the "files" section. Some are 6 mo old. Can this be cleaned up? (got my heart rate up for nothing a few times!)I originally chose not to disclose my email address but later added it. Under "members" it is still not showing and my email tells me I cannot respond to senders because I haven't disclosed it. It is stored in there if you click on my name. How can I change that?

You may also want to check out the "Improving Gertie" website mentioned in my last message (http:// www.andybaird.com/travels/gertie/improv.htm) for more upgrade and enhancement ideas. It's hard to keep that section up to date, because as you've noticed, all too often the folks who post a "for sale" listing will neglect to delete it after their rig is sold. Your best bet is to watch for Oryoki2000's invaluable posts to this message area, in which she summarizes all known LDs on the market. I can't say enough good things about her efforts in making all this information available in one place, and keeping it up to date! Many folks in this group have reason to thank her.Andy Baird :-)
