If you go to the files sections or photos section or whatever section, there is a help button to the upper right, click on that and you will see links to ask questions and so forth.

Barry,
 You are not dense, Yahoo just tries to make things difficult.  Click on one the canned questions that most closely matches your problem, although it probably doesn't really matter.  When you do, the next page that pops up, will have a "Is this enough information?" on the bottom with "yes" or "no" buttons.  If you select no, you will have what you are looking for.

They then will respond with a canned response with almost the same stuff you just saw.  You then be asked to reply to the message if you want to talk to a real person.  It's the stupidest thing I have ever seen.  I made the mistake of blasting them in my response and I haven't heard from them since.  *SHOUTING MANY EXPLETIVES*
