We are number 7966 and where hoping for August.  Maybe September looks more likely.  The volunteer at Lazy Daze said that the post table wiggles.  We have that type in the rig we have and do not like it.  Also I don't like where it is placed, would prefer it to be near the back window, so we opted not to get it.  Hope someone posts who actually has the table.   We are thinking we will get a light weight , small folding table to use for a nightstand , computer , extra eating, outside also table.

We are order #7959, and though LD says August on our order, we're hoping for September (judging from the past orders shown on the data base.)  We've also ordered the 26.5 MB and have questioned the rear table, too.  We inquired about just having the receiver installed, but Steve said that would be $75.  We have found a great folding table at Costco for $19.99.  The top dimension is 20" by 30" and the legs not only fold up, but are adjustable. The table can be adjusted to any of the following heights: 21", 24", 26", and 28".  It is 3" thick when folded and will fit in the LD closet (our neighbors have a LD.)  We liked it so much we bought two!  It is model # 8240, manufactured by Lifetime.  The phone # is 800-225-3865.  Website is
www.lifetime.com.  Hope this helps.

I posted earlier, but can add that the single pedestal does have some "slop" within the receptacle in the floor.  I imagine some type of wedge could resolve this problem.  We never drive with it mounted.
As far as location, you might be able to ask Steve to drill out the pedestal hole such that the table top placement is where you desire it.
In my case, I asked for additional phone and 12V jacks vicinity the existing AC outlet near the floor telling Steve I envisioned using the table for computer type work.  He actually placed two receptacles in the floor.  He explained that the one they usually center would put the table too far forward for working comfort.  The nearer hole requires one to slide under the table edge, but is comfortable for "computer" type of work.
But as stated earlier, we've used the table maybe 2x in the 15 months of ownership.

Hope this provides some additional information for your decision.

Larry

We have the table but use it only with a 3-legged attachment (Camping World) outside the rig. It has a scratch and burn resistant surface. Inside for extra guests at mealtime, games, computer, etc., we use a lightweight, folding 24x48" table (WalMart) we keep stored in the cabover. Your suggestion of a smaller folding table between the couches would be an ideal solution.
