We are looking at RVs and on the net I noticed that there were a lot of fans of Lazy Daze.  Could someone tell me what sets them apart from the usual and cheaper rigs?  Also, which floorplan of the 26 foot works best in the real world?  Would it be easy to get repairs done in the midwest?  Thanks for the help.

I expect you will get several responses to this.  In my opinion the foremost reason to look at LD is the exceptional devotion to quality that the builders install into every unit.  Design quality; highest quality components; construction; after-delivery support -- all are the best many of us has seen.  So there are lots of satisified customers who band together (on this group and elsewhere) to cite their satisfaction.

Depends on your individual needs.  The mid-bath seems to be most popular and it meets our (mature couple's) needs.

Please continue in this discussion group - there's a lot to like here!

Sandra, If you haven't already done this, you might want to take a look at the Factory website www.lazydaze.com .  It has quite a bit of information on it.  Then give the factory a call and request a brochure and the video (brochure is free, the video costs $10).  My best suggestion is to indicate where you live and ask here on this group if there is someone living close by who would be willing to let you see their LD.  That is essentially what we did last summer, and seeing one in person makes all the difference.  Before that it all just sounds like marketing hype.  But if you've been looking at other brands, then once you look closely at a LD in person, you  realize there really is no comparison in quality.  And I suspect most LD owners (especially outside of CA) are very used to attracting attention and showing off their units.

Good luck,

Charles.

Tom,
In case you don't know this already, your messages have gone through just fine.

Also, when posting an email address, you need to spell it out like this: name at isp dot com Otherwise, yahoo cuts off the last part and people who read there mail off the home page will never see it.

One more thing, try to provide more info on your rig if you want people to take you seriously.  There is a file in the files section that outlines what information you should provide.

Good luck,

-Victor
