96 LD rear bath for sale... February 15, 2003, 04:44:12 pm Yahoo Message Number: 19034Hi Stewart, I went back and looked at your original post and while it is complete, I have a few suggestions for you. You might want to tell folks what area of the country you live in, and you might want to show, or imply, a little flexibilty with the price. When you state the price of $27,500 firm, you are implying that if you won't pay this amount, don't bother to call. And that is a hefty price for a 92000 mile 7 year old coach. I am not saying it is not worth the money, but a high mileage unit will need to be seen and driven to be appreciated. If I were thinking of buying a used unit, and I looked for 6 months before giving up and ordering, I would have to budget for an engine and transmission overhall or replacement with those miles on the unit. It may not need these items, but it would be prudent to plan on them. I would suggest a free advt. on RV trader in addition to the post that is here. As the travel season gets closer, you should have more interest. Good luck. Steve K (in Ohio where it is still the dead of winter!)
96 LD rear bath for sale... Reply #1 – February 16, 2003, 05:24:12 pm Yahoo Message Number: 19044I don't know about a firm price. I have a 96 Rear bath, but it does have many expensive extras that didn't come on this model from the factory. It is the first of the wide body , super duty 14,500 GVW. It must be seen to appreciate the care with which it has been given. I can show a 2002 sitting next to it and defy anyone to tell me of much difference in inside or outside appearence.
