Larry, back at message 18296 you posted that you were having several problems with your new LD, and were heading in for repair. Was the electrical problem a faulty converter as you suspected? You were looking for information from Paralax as I recall. Were all problems resolved? I enjoy the photos at your site. You will no doubt inspire many to make refinements to their coaches. I can't wait! Steve K

The converter was bad and was replaced, no questions asked. Steve said it was a first for them. They ran it on the generator for about an hour before I left to test it. The problem has not returned.
The other problems; a damaged cab curtain, a leaking shower valve and a paint chip were all taken care of. The repairs were done properly and quickly. I was gone in two hours.
As usual, I was impressed with the service. Problems will occur with any new MH. The difference with LD is that they want it repaired correctly to your satisfaction and will go to lengths to make it so.
