After lurking for a few weeks, I've joined since we're only four weeks away from delivery of our 2000 26.5 ft Rear Kitchen/Front Lounge Model.

I

sympathize with those of you trying to choose the 'perfect' layout. They're all compromises and the RK seemed to be best for us.

We were also attracted to the mid-bath, but disqualified it on a minor issue that is important to us: The location of the dinette in the MB prevents the passenger from fully reclining his/her chair.

Anyway, I talked to Tim this morning and he says it looks like 6/27 or 6/27 -- I'll get a firm date in a week or so. We ordered in mid-December, and are getting eager! I'm told the current lead time is 8 months!

Happy travelling! /noel/

Since the rear kitchen is a relatively new model in the 26 1/2 ft line, I'm certain the growing number of readers of this club page would be interested in knowing why you picked it over the other 26 1/2 ft floor plans. (You explained about the recling passenger seat in the midbath.)
