Generator air filter housing melted?
     I reportedly have a melted air filter housing on my 2017 MB generator.  Will they have to drop the generator, or can it be done more easily?  Any ideas as to what may have caused it to melt?  Thanks.

The air filter housing can be removed with the generator in place. My air filter housing is metal (2006). I suggest looking at it yourself.
