CatStrap
Finally installed a CatStrap. I gotta say, this is a good company. I ordered the CatStrap. The USPS system indicated it had been delivered but no CatStrap. I went to the Post Office and they insisted it had been delivered. She advised me that the GPS coordinates clearly showed that the package was delivered. I agreed, however, I pointed out that there are about 25 boxes at that location and that the package was not put in my box. Hmmmm....

This is where it gets interesting. She explained that in this case the USPS, by law, has no responsibility for the mis-delivery. She mailed me an indemnification letter and suggested that I send it to the vendor and ask them to refund my money. Finally accepting the absurdity of non-responsibility by the USPS, I sent the letter to CatStrap. They replied immediately and offered to send me another one free of charge! I'm likin' this kind of customer service.

Interestingly, at about the same time, a couple of weeks after my discussion with the USPS supervisor, the CatStrap showed up in my box. An early Christmas miracle! Anyhow, good company. Now I hate the Post Office. Getting over it though.

This is the new age way of handling any Mis deliveries. I just went through the same thing. I have informed delivery so I can see daily what deliveries are being “delivered” on any given day. A wonderful service however, parcel said it was out in my porch, no it wasn’t. The problem became one of the small company sending me item.  Parcel showed up 4 days later.
Mine was not a Cat Strap however and what a great picture.
