Price of Gas
The highest per gallon (unleaded) this year in Fort Worth was $4.99.  At least we’re heading in the right direction.  The $3.45 was at Walmart while our Costco is about $3.35.  We’d sure like to fill up for less than $125!

Lowest price I’ve paid this summer was $4.49 in Coeur d'Alene last week.

Heading back from a week in Iowa for Ragbrai back home to Maryland. Cheapest we paid was $3.89. Averaging around $4.00 here in Midwest.

I didn't realize my Chevy Volt, a plug in hybrid, would be the right car to buy in 2017.   It is actually my third one.   They went out of production in 2019.   If you can find a used one at a reasonable price they are worth considering.   My range on the battery is 50-60 miles per charge and is enough for me to rarely buy gas.     Frank
