5G
5G wake up. Seems the hype is to sell new phones to access a slower network.

Speedcheck 5G Index

Like lot's of issues around cell phones the answer is always "it depends".........

Were I live, work and play 5G is blazing fast.  On a 5G net I can get 200 to 300 Mbps.   But <smile> once I leave the 5G net and drop to 4G (btw in not a real thing nowhere in the world) I crawl along with the rest of the cell phone folk.

ps.  4G was never installed.  Both the cell phone carriers and manufactures misled folk.

Currently in a KOA in Kingman AZ. T-Mobile IPhone 12 356 mbs. Over three times what my fiber optic speed is at home. Now if I could just figure out how to take it with me.
