Actually Dave; I've always wanted a MB, but I ordered the TK instead because it would fit in my driveway, by 3 inches.  The newer TK might be 'fittable' but a new MB would have to be stored. A developer is building a mini storage building nearby, about 1/2 finished now, that will provide RV storage.  But the monthly fee, inconvenience and all of the bad stories about storage off site, made me decide to revamp my '99 TK even with an obsolete old V10. The LiFePO4 batteries won't really be removable, nor the other improvements.
I think about the places and situations I've been in where the TK fit, but just inches longer might not have. But the MB is only 3 feet longer, and once used to it, isn't much different. Now a 30 footer, or like a friends 34 foot class 'A'; that's really a different ball game as far as length.  That MB I tempted you with is the last year of 26.5' before Ford changed the engine placement and added 6" to the snout. Now a 27', but the same floorplan.  You might get used to it's length and change your mind about getting a TK.  Most of it's depreciation has already happened, and the CA registration will be lower. That patch on the side is no doubt scaring a lot of people away (and the salvage title) (That isn't an issue in Ca.) Right about where the back of the 'fridge goes.  RonB
