Re: Kudos deserved Reply #1 – October 30, 2021, 04:17:39 pm I had a Shurflo water pump on a dive boat fail outside of the warranty period. I pulled out the pump and found that the pressure sensor had failed. I called customer service and asked about it. The person on the phone said he was surprised that it failed so soon and sent me a new pressure sensor at no charge and no shipping charge. The pump is still working well.Wonderful customer service makes loyal customers. I've bought several more Shurflo pumps since then.Harold 2 Likes
