Tutorial video on winterizing your Lazy Daze
Attending the tech talk at the NE fall rally made me realize that some newer members may benefit from a tutorial video on how to winterize their Lazy Daze. While the manual is certainly helpful, I’m a visual learner so I made a basic video on how to winterize your LD using the compressed air “blow out” method as described in the manual. Feel free to add any additional tips here on this thread! video link below. One thing I forgot to mention is to top off your house batteries with distilled water and plug it in if possible. A standard 110 outlet is fine to keep the batteries charged up.

Thanks for making this video, Joe!  Very timely as I just winterized this morning.   I’m jealous for the roomy access you have to the water pump as compared to the MB.

Just a couple of things I do in addition to your video. It’s a good idea to also blow out the sprayer hose/nozzle assembly for the toilet.  Also, I like to leave my dump valves slightly cracked open in case any residual water collects at the valves.

Thanks, again!
