RV Lemon law changes for Louisiana
Not that this is relevant to LDers, because LDs are all sold in CA, but the RV Lemon Law that took effect as 8/1/2021 for new RVs purchased in Louisiana is something to be wary of. An RV Lemon Law attorney warns LA residents not to purchase a new RV in LA because your rights have been greatly reduced to possibly some of the worst in the nation.  There’s too much for me to write about, but check out the link

This not only limits reparations, but also puts limits on your rights once your warranty expires.
I wouldn’t want to see this law spread to any of the other states. What do you think about this new law?
