No power to Microwave or outlets
Hi, everyone! The last two weeks I have had shorepower at a campsite, but today (after leaving the campground) I tried vacuuming (after a spill on the road) and everything was fine until I stopped. Now, the microwave is not powering on and I have no power to outlets.

I checked the fuse boxes first—all good.

Reset the main power breaker—nothing.

I still have lights, water pump and fridge is working on Propane.

What should I check/do next?

Thank you!!

Did you reset the Circuit breaker?

Sounds familiar. The year of your LD may change my take in the approach to resetting your breakers.

On our ‘15 RB, the microwave has its own power outlet due to its current draw. As such it should have its own breaker other than the “main”.

The breakers have a two position reset to bring power back to the outlet. It can be difficult to notice when the breaker has tripped.

Find the correct breaker and fully depress the switch downward. Wait a few seconds and then fully lift/press the breaker upward to engage the breaker into its on position.

The LD power supply can be only handle so much draw at one time. For example: you can’t run the microwave and the AC unit at the same time. Perhaps your breaker was used prior to your vacuum and couldn’t take the load.

Hope this helps.

Confused….are you reconnected to shore power and things aren’t working or are you on generator power and things aren’t working?

Good advice on the breakers, as that's the most likely culprit - the evidence being if you don't have no AC power, both shore and generator.

Less likely is the transfer switch (which is really a relay) that automatically switches the AC input between shore power and generator power. So it AC works on one, but not the other, could be the culprit. Finally, and I can't remember for sure, but there my be a breaker out on the generator if the problem is only when using the gen.

These only work on shore power or generator

I still have lights, water pump and fridge is working on Propane.

These work off 12v circuits and the battery

If you're not connected to shore or generator, your rig is operating as designed

Megandavegan, have you resolved your electrical challenge? You were asked several questions by folks who were genuinely trying to help you and you never once replied. And you never shared information about how you resolved the issue.

Yes, a pet peeve of mine is when folks come to the group looking for help and never follow up with the courtesy of replying or explaining how the problem was solved. We all learn from each other and this Lazy Daze Owners Group is uncommonly helpful and sharing.

I hope your problem was fixed by now.
