New faucet for old LD

I finally upgraded my faucet in my LD. The most difficult part was getting the old one out. I ended up getting my multi tool and cutting the old faucet apart. There was so much glue and putty underneath it, I couldn’t pull it off. I cut the old plastic 1/2” (pex?) waterlines and used push connectors to adapt to the 3/8” flex tubing. I also had to cut away some of the support board under the sink to allow the new faucet hardware to be mounted flush against the underside. I think I’m going to really like the new higher faucet and pull out nozzle.
