Communications with the Navigator
I was driving and Margee was the navigator.  Margee mumbled something but I didn't hear it.  I said "what did you say?"  She said “I was talking to the puppy.”

15 minutes later Margee again mumbled something and again I didn't understand.  It was another puppy conversation.

I asked Margee how can I tell when you're talking to the puppy or talking to me?  She said after 50 years of marriage, you should know. 

All I could say was "you're right."  😍

Leaving for the Texas coast tomorrow morning.  A short 2 week trip.  Weather forecast looks very favorable.  I expect more puppy conversations!!
