How do you like the Casita? I have a friend interested in them. ☺️

If you want a very small, lighweight travel trailer, they are a good choice.
Escape also builds small, fiberglass trailers, my brother owned owns a 17', previouly, he had owned a Casita 16’.
Both have narrow interiors with minimal overhead, I (5’11”) could not fully stand up in the Casita.
They are not the best RVs for socializing, such as having friends over for dinner, something most of us are waiting to do Post-Covid. The water and holding tanks are very small, heck, everything is small.
Both of his trailers have been too heavy for his Jeep Cherokee or Jeep Wrangler 2-door to tow safely.
He pulls the Escape 17’ with a 4-door Tacoma pickup, a well matched combination.
Make sure your friend has a vehicle large enough to tow one of these trailers, once loaded.

We looked at the Casita’s a few years back. They are indeed very small and not as well built as the Escape.  We came very close to purchasing the Escape 5th wheel but in the end decided not to, partially due to the fact that the founding owners retired and sold out to an investment group, a possible sign that the quality will soon diminish.

As almost always has happened in the past. A family passion project is turned into a profit center. Watch what happens to Tiffin, not that I really care. Not ever buying a $500K motorhome.
