Reply #1 – January 09, 2021, 03:33:39 pm It looks from the picture like one of the pins on the outlet cover is missing/broken.You can try to find an identical outlet cover, but I didn't have much luck with that on my 2003. Instead, I had to buy a new exterior outlet cover (which doesn't match the factory paint) and install it. That exterior outlet is known for water intrusion which can lead to rust, which leads that outlet and others downstream to stop working. If you have everything apart, I would recommend replacing the outlet and using the terminal screws for attaching the wires instead of backstabbing.
