Water System Questions 1996 RB
I just bought this LD, first of this model, & oldest LD I’ve owned. As the water pump doesn’t run....

Where is the water pump located?

Did LD install winterization valves  on the water heater & water pump ?

Where are the low point drains.

TIA,

We have a 2015 RB and unless things have changed between 1996 and 2015 (not too likely), the water pump is located underneath the lower drawer of the closet (bathroom).

For easy access of the pump, remove the bottom and middle drawer. It also helps to remove the bottom drawer and leave the closet door cracked open slightly when camping in freezing weather to prevent freezing of the water pump.

The fresh water drain is located in the forward left side cargo bay (on our ‘15 RB). Open the bay door and look to the right along the wall. You will see the PVC pipe running downward. You will see the handle on the pipe that will release the water. The drain is directly below the valve underneath the valve.

As far as I know, any winterization valves would be added by owners and did not come from the factory. 

LD doesn't have low point drains like you find on other RV brands.  The best you get are the water tank drain (shown above) and the water heater drain plug.

Instead, the factory recommends using air pressure to blow water out of the lines.  Some of us install a winterization kit and use RV antifreeze instead.
