RV Fog Dr. Searcy Arkansas
I told them I and many other Lazydaze owners needed fogged windows fixed. His response was quick and to the point. NO sorry I have no way to do those windows. So I guess getting them replaced at the factory is best option. I live in Missouri though so long drive for me.

This company?

Was the company's refusal based on doing a repair/de-fogging job or a replacement? If the request was for window replacement, the company may feel that getting and installing replacement windows is more than they want to take on. If the request was for repair or de-fogging, the refusal is more difficult to understand, since they advertise this very service as their business.  ::)

I asked about repairing fogged windows. My understanding is they have dealt with our windows and don’t care to do it again. I remember someone else posting that, but it had been a while. Just thought I would check with them to verify and sure enough.

Interesting; maybe they should include a disclaimer about LD’s dual-pane windows on their “we don’t do those” list.  ;)

I even said, I know they are a pain in the but. However,I was willing to pay extra to have it done and repaired damage free. To no avail.

Same answer they gave me 2-3 years ago.
Info in The Companion on who/where you can have it done.
Someone asked about just a week or so back.
