2013 LD with white paint blisters (2" by 5" area)
Hello ,
LD tells me they are no longer selling touchup paint. 
My paint is Ford oxford white  #6609-873 ( Cardinal code).
Soon as you say Ford oxford white  2 part polyurethane  ,  you seem to get a base coat & a clear coat kit.
In the past LD has provided a bottle of paint & a bottle of activator.    No clear coat.
Any suggestions as to a product to use as touch up paint ?

Anyone have experience with Rustoleum self etching primer?

If you have paint blisters chances are excellent that you have a leak and water damage underneath.  Better check it out,
