Construction July 14, 2020, 10:32:00 am Looking at the LD with aluminum skin off, it looks like it's plywood with wood frame. Wood is strong, until it gets wet. It's odd that LD uses this beautiful aluminum siding but not aluminum frame. Being a LD wannabe, all this talk about leaking end caps is a little scary. On the other hand there seems to be a lot of interest in older LD's and the loyalty to the brand is very strong. It's amazing how well the skin holds up, it's hard to tell old LD's from new.
