2000 30' IB - Any recent comparables
Hi all - I know this type of question is frequently asked but I am not seeing any specifics as of late. The LD asking price spreadsheet shows 18,764 for an average.

The 2000 30' IB I am interested in is listed for 27,500. 55,000 miles. All manuals and repair history. Its going in for a pre-purchase inspection on Friday 3/6. Just wondering if recent sales reflect this ask price if this unit is in pristine condition.

Thanks in advance.

Looks reasonable if in good condition.  The LD brand continues to hold up well pricewise because of quality of build and scarcity of nice units.  I searched for over  a year to find my 2003 30IB.

Thanks parussky! Thats what I was thinking but dont want to get taken for 10K. ;) Ive got other things I'd like to spend my money on if possible. Speaking of which.... I saw you post about a jeep cherokee set up to tow... Still have it? What's the story on that one? I am thinking of seeing up my 2006 Honda CRV but the set up expense will be close to value of the car.

Jodi,
Good luck with your purchase.  The LD brand is very strong and entrenched.  Having all of the people on this forum and the tens of thousands of back posts is also invaluable when dealing with an older rig.  As to the jeep,  I bought it from the original owner out of San Diego and have service records from day one.    He towed it behind his Bluebird (an absolutely gorgeous RV) for about 40k miles.  It is setup to tow and it a very nice rig, but wife would rather have a later model crv.  You can contact me directly at parussky@gmail.com if you want to discuss further.
