Our new 31 IB - picked up on December 20th at mothership
Greetings All -
Here are some pics of our new 31'IB. We picked it up at the mothership on Friday, December 20 (after first calling to inquire about placing an order back in April 2018!) Todd was great with the orientation and the very nice and professional ICC driver Joel delivered us and the rig to Ehrenberg, AZ by 4pm Friday afternoon - we camped there for the night. We headed east on I-10 and monitored the weather patterns (thanks to the Windy app - very handy!). Camped our second night in Tuscon AZ then decided to turn to the northern route just before Las Cruces, NM.  After that we camped in Roswell, NM; Elk City, OK; Springfield, MO and Indianapolis, IN. Tonight we are camped just southeast of Pittsburgh and tomorrow we arrive home to Doylestown PA. The weather pattern in the middle of the country this week has been record breaking warm and no precipitation at all - we really lucked out. Only one night got below freezing temps in Roswell and our water hose froze up - but quickly thawed and no damage. Our furnace kept us toasty warm on nights in the 40s - high 30s. Kev made a big pot of chili with cornbread for our Christmas meal. We were RV newbies when we started out but feel very comfortable with it now.

Congrats on the new LD!  Glad you had good weather for the cross country trip.  We are  in West. PA, where are you SE of Pittsburgh?

Remember to winterize the rig when you get home.

Hope to see you in the Spring.

Connie and Kevin,

Congratulations on the Christmas gift. We picked up our ‘15 RB just before Halloween of ‘15. Two days later we headed to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.

After four years of LD ownership and 20,000 miles of “camping” it is still a joy to head out for adventure.

You’ve got a good start. Enjoy yourselves.

Hey Bob - we are at a KOA campground very close to New Stanton.  We plan to winterize when we get home tomorrow - just ahead of some cold weather!

WOW! That is a beauty!  Love the color, floor and those chairs are really chairs now!  The interior is so comforting.

Now I want to order one!

Connie and Kevin, great looking LD. What kind of flooring is that? Vinyl sheet? Engineered wood? Do you know the manufacturer?

Kevin and Connie,
If I may make a suggestion?  The wall behind your sink could be fitted with a plexiglass mirror which will make your open coach seem even bigger. They are lightweight, can be ordered to size and, if ours is any evidence, will last the life of the coach (13 years so far).  Mount with double sided tape.  Just a thought. Enjoy your beautiful rig!  —. Jon

Hey Chris - the Lazy Daze 2019 Price List indicates under "Interior Coach Features":   high quality linoleum flooring throughout the main coach living area. I don't have any info on the manufacturer.

Your shot looks like me 4/28/14. Fewer boxes, but I was only going 500 miles up by Sacramento.
A couple of suggestions:
log book (Date, Start location, end location, start mileage, end mileage, tow miles {if you tow}| log services done w/ cost, log generator  monthly exercise)
      and a journal (volume 1 of N)
Happy travels and hope to see you down the road.
