Re: How to deal with hanging up one’s Keyes. Reply #25 – June 27, 2019, 01:39:59 pm Steve, the Pride Raptor looks like a great scooter, but just a caveat: 3-wheelers can be less stable than 4-wheelers. (A friend just bought a Pride 4-wheeler for that reason, but YMMV.) Not that you're going "backroading" on the thing (Uh....are you!? ), but I'd check the balance and weight distribution, i.e., how light the front end is in relation to the rear, and test ride as many as you can before choosing. 1 Likes

Due to the many bike trails in my area I know I can put it to good use. https://www.spinlife.com/files/RaptorSS.pdfThose look pretty nifty, Steve. Don't forget your military patch if you get one!
Re: How to deal with hanging up one’s Keyes. Reply #28 – August 15, 2019, 12:57:20 pm Hi You All,I am happy to report that I may NOT have to hang up my Lazy Daze's keys permanently after all. Upon completing all my infused antibiotics, many tests and receiving a pacemaker last week, matters are looking much happier for Mary and myself. Our 2001 L D is out of the mothballs and is in the process of being made livable again. During the period that I was laid up I did quite a bit of thinking and learned a lot about myself and life in specific too. Many of your comments were well appreciated and even helpful. Thank you so much.Soon Mary and I may be meeting some of you down the road on the Northern California and Oregon Coasts.Happy traveling again.Aad 10 Likes

Good reminders for all of us not to put off what makes us happy and fulfilled, assuming that there will be plenty of time down the road; an old adage is that life is what happens when one is making other plans. Do it now. 2 Likes
