These are radial tires?
Hi LD friends, these are radial tires? I just want to confirm. Been reading my manual and want to set them to the right tire pressure.

A clear photo(s) showing all the information on the side of the tire would be a lot more useful.

The tread does not identify radial/bias-ply. The differences are with the internal construction. As Larry said, take a pic of the sidewall info. If radial, there will be an 'R' in the size designation.

I do see an R in the numbers. So would that indicate radial?

The tires are radials; bias ply tires were standard equipment on most vehicles until the late 70s, but are not common these days except for a few specific uses from very few manufacturers. You can do a search on the differences between radial and bias-ply tire construction.

The bad news is that the sources for this size tire are now extremely limited. Most older rigs solve the problem by swapping out the 16.5" rims for the more common 16" ones, and mounting 225/75R16 load range E tires on those. The tires on your rig now cost $160 each unmounted at TireRack.
