Help the environment, spruce up the Lazy Daze April 22, 2019, 07:00:01 pm Lots of us folks use a patio mat in front of the coach door, some to keep from tracking dirt into the rig, some for esthetics. Now you can do all of that and help clean up the environment by purchasing a patio mat made from recycled plastic. Don't that make you feel good? Geometric | MadMatsThe Mad Mats® StoryI just got my "Navajo", now to see where I can carry it! 5 Likes

Re: Help the environment, spruce up the Lazy Daze Reply #2 – April 22, 2019, 07:47:08 pm Happy Earth Day Steve! I remember participating in the very first one in 1970. I was a 7th-grader living on Beale Air Force Base in California (Air Force brat). It was cool because we were allowed to get to school late as we hiked the seven miles from the gate to our school (Bear River Middle School) in Wheatland, picking up trash along the way. I was a young kid, what did I know? And that's the way it was!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbwC281uzUs 1 Likes

We were stationed at F.E.Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wy during the first Earth Day. We cleaned up a local park. :-) 1 Likes
