Re: Automatic Levelers Reply #4 – December 28, 2018, 10:05:26 am I've had both Bigfoot/Quadra and HWH on two different motorhomes. Neither is absolutely bullet proof; I had issues with both systems from time to time. 1 Likes

I bought my rig in December '13 & there was a special offered into January '14. I didn't want to drive to Michigan that time of year, but they let me send them a check & schedule installation in March. I apparently developed a leak on the way back (noticed a spot on the driveway the morning after I got home). I called the factory & they told me to find someone who worked on hydraulic systems; a couple of farmer friends recommended a precision ag place in our little burg. I called David & he was able to come to my driveway (convenient for me, & he could quickly see right where the drip was); he called the factory, they authorized the work (he tightened a connection & topped off the reservoir), he sent in his bill, & we've all lived happily ever after. I've had no issues since, but this experience made me feel confident about factory support if something happens in the future. As a solo I don't have someone else to help with guiding onto leveling blocks; I'm sure I could learn to do it on my own, but I love not having to get out in rain/snow/dark of night--just push a button & & watch the level bubbles. Also, the feet provide stability so there's less movement of the rig--I don't put the feet down when stopping for a quick meal or driving break, & a few times I've pulled into a place for the night where the level bubbles were amazingly spot on; when sitting in a chair in the front, I could feel the 20# dog jump off the bed in the back, & I've also felt the wind give a little push a few times, so I put the feet down whenever I'm stopped for the night or longer.Lynne 6 Likes
Re: Automatic Levelers Reply #6 – January 12, 2019, 07:59:21 pm I’ve had Big foot jacks installed on both of my LD, and my present SOB, couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t be without. I had swing down HWH on a small class A, they were kinda problematic.
