I love this time of year!
September has finally arrived and is my favorite time of the year for several reasons:

Kids are in school
The "shoulder" camping season has arrived
Football is just starting
Baseball is heating up
Getting cooler outside

It truly is the best time of the year!

I agree with all the above.    Lizbeth and I headed across the country Oct 24th, now setting in a Walmart in eastern Nebraska.   Life is good.   Seen among many other things Colorado National Monument (U.S. National Park Service),  10,504 ft elevation on I-70, and Pioneer Village.  Still going strong......

I’m getting ready for an extended trip up to Vermont, to meet with the NE Lazy Daze folks. After that a planned 4 day trip to Assateague Island in Md, then a planed trip (5 days) for Thanksgiving.  That is just the planned stuff and not the weekend trip to Charlottesville or to Shandenoah NP.  I might be on the road more than at home.

Colorado national monument is now on my must see list and biking rim rock drive on my must do list. Thanks
