Record price paid for lot in North Carolina luxury RV resort
Owners of one lot upgraded their “campsite” at Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort with a 400-square-foot coach cottage with a 900-square-foot covered patio, inclusive outdoor kitchen, fireplace, dining, and entertaining areas. Additional outdoor amenities include a “lavish” landscape, hardscape, fire pit, and built-in stone seating areas.  Price:  $1.6 million.  This is the campground ... Myriad Luxury Motorcoach Resort .

And the rest of the story :

Margee and I are wondering if we'd be welcome with our '09 LD ... even if we drove in with a clean LD and new levelers?

The new levellers might just swing the deal. Here at Serrano, there is a very nice upscale RV Resort across the little road from the campground. My DW and I had looked at a few sites there many years ago and dreamed about setting our Prowler TT in a $90,000 site. They of course had length restrictions (nothing under 35’) and age restrictions (not the residents the rig). We never bothered to inquire any further.

It’s a nice dream but I think my feet would stay a bit to clean to qualify that life style as “camping out” . Perhaps more like “Mega Glamping”.

Maybe one day. 🧐
