Generator Oil Leak - Solved August 20, 2018, 10:41:32 pm After a recent trip, we ran the generator while we unloaded the Rig in front of our house. After returning our LD to nearby storage we came home and right in front of our house ... right below where the generator was running 30 minutes earlier was an oil stain. (Oh #$%^). So the next day I inspected the generator and looked for any signs of leaking oil and everything looked just fine. The day after that I went back to storage and ran the generator again trying to find the source of the leak. Once again everything looked fine. (I hate problems like this I said to myself driving home.) When I got home, there was a fresh oil stain in about the same spot as the original. Oh ... not my oil stain but my neighbor's oil stain while parking in front of my house. : ) And good luck neighbor.And so it goes. 1 Likes
