RV Hall of Fame Museum Inventory Photos
I went to the 'RV Heritage Museum' 21 years ago; journal comments made at the time were "New and nicely laid out, but very few old trailers or 'campers', and only one motorhome, a 1967 Winnebago. A few photos, but not nearly enough about the history of the 'camp car' in American life. Maybe the place will grow."

Lots of 'growing pains', particularly financial, but the place did develop; if a visit to what is now called 'The RV Hall of Fame' isn't in one's plans, the photos of the current collection may be fun to look at:

Nice link, Joan. I’ll have to take it in on one of my family visits to Hoosierland. — Jon
(Former) ‘06 TK “Albatross.” And (former) Vespa 250.   Alas, no more; both are gone.😕 Great memories remain! 😄

We stoped 2 years ago and even spent the night in the parking lot. Lots to see and well worth the stop in my opinion. Allow more time than you would expect especially if you’re into close-up looks as well as interesting memorabilia.

We stopped there about 4 years ago; it was very interesting.  Yes, do allow more time to browse than you might originally think.

They also allow overnight RV boondocking in their lot.  It's relatively level, and we certainly had enough room to leave the toad hitched.  The Museum and parking lots share with a small convention facility which clears right out fairly early (before 10:30 or so).  We felt safe there.

Seems RV's came along soon after cars were mass-produced. Model T's were in production in 1908 and there is a picture of a 1915 RV on a 1951 T.
