In mother had a home in Indian Harbor Beach Fl. Melbourne Beach, the next town over had such a problem with people in RVs camping in the parking lot, very close to the store across A1A  from the ocean the town restricted rv from long stays in the parking lot. Ok to shop but not for hours.  People actually could not park near the store entrance because of the number of RVs.   This was not just Walmart but also the local grocery store.

Have seen a lot worse here in Virginia Beach.  At the Walmart a few miles from us, last week (before we had 8 inches of snow fall with single digit temps) one had set up lawn chairs under his awning!  These folks are the equivalent of the hobos that used to live by the railroad tracks.  They give all of us who occasionally use Walmart for an overnight stay while travelling through an area a bad name.
