Happy Thanksgiving 2017
Getting DaVee, our o7 MidBath, ready for our 3rd annual family meet and eat.  Joining us will be my sister Terry, her husband, John and dog Buddie.  This year we will again invade Huntington Beach State Park SC.  It all starts tomorrow afternoon.  I'll leave the DC area hoping to get south of Petersburg VA before it gets to late then finish the trip on Tuesday.  Terry and John will drive their class B up from Florida and meet me Tuesday at the park.  On Wednesday my wife Gina and daughter Danielle along with our dog Link and our 12 week puppy Fae will arrive.  They will be driving in from Charlottesville VA.  We cooked our turkey today along with the veggies and put them in pans that can easily be thrown away.  We have soups, stews and frozen crab cakes for the other days.  I am spending six days there but the others need to get home sooner.  
We feel very lucky we can do this and it is a great way to remember my father and mother who loved camping so much then were kind enough to teach us the love of the outdoors.  I hope everyone in my "online" family here at LDO had a very happy and joyful day in the RV, at home or with friends.

My happy wishes as well, wherever you may be spending this Thanksgiving!  We are heading up to northern California to spend it with family.

The family together for breakfast.  I made coffee. Terry made pecan, pumpkin, buttermilk waffles.
