Visit to Lazy Daze factory for repairs
We went to the factory today to address a few concerns with our 2016 27' mid bath rig.  The micro oven had a defect in the support frame. We met with Vince who looked at the problem and he agreed that the micro was incorrectly installed and personally supervised the repair.

Also, while on our most recent trip , I very slightly bumped into a no parking sign as I was watching the sign come closer to the rig though the back-up camera.  My wife said nothing about the very slight bump!!!  Not a peep! (Smart wife!) In any case, the contact with the sign left a slight separation between the top of the bumper and the outer edge of the bumper. Vince filled the crack between to two pieces to prevent water intrusion, and did not charge for it, much to my silent wife's delight  What great service!  He also adjusted the blinds which we did not know needed adjusting.  We are very happy with his service and whole approach to customer service. So thanks Vince, it you are reading this. Another reason to love out lazy daze.

Les, thanks for posting this report on your Mothership visit. It matches up with most of the reports we have had about factory repairs/maintenance over the years. Good to know.
