And in case you didn't notice, "It has a 100 gallon custom made aluminum water tank welded to the frame under the garage." That's 800 pounds added behind the rear axle... on top of whatever you load into the ten-foot garage!

It is there to tilt the ToyHauller. This makes driving low clearance vehicles inside much easier. There is no high centering when reaching the top of the ramp.
