Tolet and sink are on drivers side of rig and a large shower stall is on opposite side. I'm a large woman and although the sink/tolet area is small I'm able to do every thing I need to do. If you spend an exorbitant amount of time in that area I can see where one might think it's too small.

Granted it's from 2000, but here are some photos from our 30IB Lazy Daze, one of which shows the sink/toilet side.  Having seen photos of a newer 30IB, the full-wall mirror was replaced with a narrower one plus a medicine cabinet.

I've never been in a MB, but looking at the floorplans on Lazy Daze' site, the sink/toilet area looks to be the same, the difference is that the shower is on the other side of the coach.  I never felt the bath was too small, but I'm 5'3".

Well then it's long pass time for you to add a MB experience to your RV education.  Since we live in North Fort Worth, you're welcome to visit our MB anytime the LD Spirit moves you.

P.S.  The bathroom (toilet & sink) in Michelle's picture looks just like a MB except for the folding shelf behind the toilet.

Far be it for Lazy Daze to pick up on someone else's ideas. I and others had previously mounted a medicine cabinet to the existing full width mirror.

And, it wasn't until I asked Steve Newton to block (reinforce) the inside wall of the fridge so I could mount a handicap grab bar to the left of the coach door, that the Mothership started doing that exact thing on the 2005 and newer models.  ;)

Yes, the toilet area can be considered small... however if you were to leave the water closet door stand open, as I do, while you take care of business it gives you a lot more wiggle room!

Not enough good can be said for that huge shower enclosure across the hall. It's actually bigger than the one I have at home. To provide a non slip surface I covered the floor of mine with 'Dry-Deck' from West Marine. It comes in square sections which you can cut to shape. A word of warning though, the surface is knobby so if you have tender feet you will probably want to wear zorries.   ::)

Ah, you just jogged my memory.  The photos of the 2013 30IB that was recently for sale did not have that shelf.

And the Lord taketh away!

I never did understand the reason for that shelf, and as such mine's never been used.  ::)

We looked at the 2013 IB recently up for sale. Loved the shower area, really big and it had a window for dry out. Bathroom area was good enough with room to move.

We like the permanent bed also.  Might have to order a new one. In the 2013 didn't  like the barrel chairs and table, no room to move when in chairs and table stuck out too far.  Would order it with dinette.

Both Chris Horst and myself have the 30' with the slide out dinette and we love the versatility.
