Back Up Camera
Good Morning, Anyone installed one?

Above the running lights? Below the running lights? Into a frame?

Thank you

Cindy, you might do a search under "backup camera". Many LDers have them and you should find some info in past posts. Click on "Community" and then "search".

Mount the camera high, just below the running light for the best adjustable view.

Right. And most folks aim the camera downward so that the top of the spare tire bulge is just visible at the bottom of the monitor screen. The key is not to think of it as a substitute rear-view mirror. Instead, its purpose is to show you how close your rear bumper is to whatever's behind you... and if you have a towed car or trailer, to keep an eye on the tow gear.
