What's up with the brown sealant on the roof?

The sealant around the vents, antenna, and solar panel appears to be the original that has weathered to an amber color; this is not unusual. However, even from the one-shot limited view of the roof, it looks to me like the roof needs a complete re-seal; if I were interested in this rig (or any rig), I would check out the roof (and the interior) very carefully for evidence of leaks.

The reason this ad has been deleted by the author is because we bought this LD! We had already made a deal when the original post was made here, but I did have a good look at the roof and interior before closing the sale after reading Joan's comment above. Thanks! We are not far from the mothership, so we will be able to have some work done there, including a full roof reseal. Vince has been great in answering my initial questions. I have been creeping on the post here and have learned much. Thanks

What is the ballpark price for a full roof reseal? That would be nice to know for future negotiations.

Around 2k depending on if it has been sealed with anything other than the original factory seal.
