Just like you, I received a wealth of excellent info from this forum when I was on the hunt (I was very blest to find exactly what I wanted, & her previous family were wonderful to deal with--I took Amtrak from Kansas City to SoCal, & got back into north Missouri just ahead of our first ice storm of the 2013 season). If it is possible, you might consider tripping over to the SE LD gathering in Helen, Georgia in mid-October. There will likely be a variety of floor plans & getting to actually walk through & feel the space might be very helpful. I believe there is info about the SE GTG (Get ToGether) elsewhere on the site, & they also have a Yahoo group.Good luck with the hunt & your health--Lynne 2 Likes
