Accordion rear window blinds

Hi group, I'm having a problem with my rear window blind not staying up as I'm driving down the road. It's the accordion type and it doesn't go up as high as it used to when I put it up, but it's high enough to have decent visibility until I start rolling down the road and then it drops pretty low. Has anyone else had this problem and has found a fix??

Martha, your blinds are slipping down because there's not enough tension on the cords that anchor them at the bottom. Look for the little spools that those cords attach to (they're about the size of sewing machine bobbins) at the lower corners of the window, and either loop a few more loops of cord around each spool, or loosen the screws holding the spools to the wall and wind some more cord onto them.

Yes that did the trick Andy. I had to wrap the cord around a couple of times around the spool, Thank you!!
