LED Lights & Other Nuts & Bolts

LifewithaLazyDazeRV has such good information on LED lights, that we finally pulled the proverbial trigger and ordered five (5) to replace the same number of 1141 light bulbs.  Based on guidance from the LD Faithful, we ordered from M4 Products which I acknowledge is a bit more expensive.  However, the many favorable reviews suggest that with LED lights, M4 Products is one of the places to go.  I'm going to wait a bit before changing any of the other light bulbs.  While I haven't taken a close look at our LD budget, I'm just positive that I am pushing the limit!

We plan to be gone for 6-8 weeks starting in early May of this year and I'd like for our LD to be ready for our first Bucket List Trip to include a good many nights and weeks dry camping in National Parks.  These LED lights are the last (I say the LAST) item on our preparation list with one (1) exception.  Our LD will get new tires in April.  So it is somewhat of a special relief to know that we have taken care nearly everything on our list.

Once again, we would not have reached this stage without the resources of this wonderful Forum.

Tonight, we replaced five (5) of the 1141 light bulbs that we use the most with LED lights from M4.  Four of the LED lights are the warm version and one (1) is the natural light for the kitchen/dinette light.  I especially like the color and brightness of the warm LED lights, while DW seems to like the natural LED light for better light in the kitchen work area.  So at the end of this day, we're mighty pleased with the LED outcomes.
