Yes: guesswork doesn't cut it when it comes to tire care. Get the rig weighed--separate weights for front and rear axles--and then use the tire manufacturer's recommended pressures for those weights. That's the only way to determine how your tires should be inflated. Without the weights, you can't know.

You can get the rig weighed at a truckstop or a moving company, and every tire maker I know of has a chart of recommended pressures for given axle or wheel loads somewhere on their website.
