Remove Drawers - A Lack of Courage

I have wanted to remove a drawer just to see how it works.  After reading the instructions in the manual and The Lazy Daze Companion, I can tell you right now that I lack the courage to try that maneuver.  Call me chicken, call me gutless, but I ain't trying to remove those until I have no other choice.

I don't find that removing a drawer is an issue; I've done this many times for different reasons. If one is leery of yanking out a full drawer, empty it first; that makes the drawer, particularly a larger one, easier to manage.

The drawers do require a hefty jerk, sometimes more than one or two, to remove them; practice on a small drawer first. ;-)

Many times, the drawers will stick/bind and/or not close properly because they're *overloaded*; regular drawer purges can be a good idea.
